We are the faces behind Red Panda Publishing! My name is Robyn and this is my fiancé Dave and we are currently travelling the world together with our miniature Jack Russell ‘Scrappy’ on our 34 foot Dufour sailboat – ‘Baremka’!

Red Panda Publishing was born from a desire to capture the memories of our epic adventure. I wanted to produce something unique, something that reflected all the things that I love and enable me to look back in the future and relive all the fantastic times we are having on our trip.

What better way than to keep a travel journal?!

And so…the Red Panda Publishing journals were born. Beautiful, unique cover designs. Something that I’d be itching to write in and record all my thoughts and memories. Something to be treasured by me (and my future family, maybe!). A way to look back and remember all the little details that will slip from my mind as time passes. I don’t want to forget ANY of it!

 

Why Red Panda Publishing?

I’ve always LOVED animals and have had many pets growing up. Yet I love seeing animals in the wild too.

Red Panda’s fascinate me and are beautiful animals but sadly there are only around 10,000 of them left in the wild – some figures say there may only be 2,500 left! I’m hoping that I can raise awareness of these stunning animals and help to protect them to ensure they are able to survive in the wild.

Through researching more about red pandas, I have become aware of the ‘Red Panda Network’. I really like what they are doing as they are helping to provide conservation for wild red pandas by training locals which in turn is supporting local families.
