This notebook contains 100 double-sided sheets of Séyès Ruling / French Ruled paper giving you 200 useable pages. Every page has a margin, header and footer space. The horizontal lines on the page are spaced 2mm apart with every 4th line slightly heavier. There are also heavy vertical lines beginning after the margin spaced 8mm apart. This style of paper promotes excellent handwriting as it enables letter sizes to be consistent throughout.
